- What time of the day we receive your order.
- The actual time to pack and process your orders.
- Shipping delays due to the holidays, etc.

Return Policy
Once CD's are opened, we cannot accept any returns or
exchanges. There is a
€ 5.00 return shipping fee required for
all exchanges. Please include a
€ 5.00 money order along with
your exchange. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If
we have made an error on your order you will not need to
include the
€ 5.00 exchange/return shipping fee. Please send
